Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that some items are not eligible for returns.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer support team at xclusivedrop.merch@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.
Shipping Your Return
After receiving the return authorization, please package the item(s) securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation. Ship the package to the following address:

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund for the damaged or defective item.
